Very detailed wood engraving of the Cerne Abbas Giant in Dorset. George Tute RE is a member of the Society of Wood Engravers and a member of the RWA. The RWA held an exhibition in 2018 which featured new work by Tute, alongside alongside contemporaries such as Sir Peter Blake. Tute spent many years teaching art, but took early retirement in 1982 to focus on his own art full-time.
The print is in excellent condition and the vintage wooden frame has a little wear, but is in good condition, and ready to hang.
