Artwork condition

All the artwork on this site is in good condition. Some will have had light-touch restoration work carried out, to help protect the artworks for the future. 

Most of the work is pre-owned, and as such, will show some ageing / light wear. If there is any damage that has been left unrestored, because it won’t harm the work in the long-term and is out of site when mounted, this will be shown in photographs and mentioned in the artworks description. 

Whilst we try and present the photographs of the artworks to represent how they appear in real-life, they will look different on different screens.

Frames

Most of the artwork on the site has been framed using reconditioned frames. Any wear or damage will be shown and / or mentioned in the description. If you’re interested in an artwork but don’t want the frame for any reason, please include a note in ‘order notes’ section of the checkout page and we will remove the frame and mount. Depending on the size and value of the item, we may be able to send you a refund for the reduced cost of shipping, particularly if you are outside the UK. If so, we will return the refund to the payment method you used to make the purchase. If you have any questions about this, just contact us

Shipping Costs (UK)

Shipping costs are included in the prices listed on this site, for deliveries within the UK, unless otherwise stated (there are a few larger artworks, for which delivery will charged additionally and will depend on your location).

Shipping Times

We aim to dispatch artworks within 1-2 days of your order. We use different services depending on the artwork(s). An expected shipping date will be provided following your order. We’ll also confirm when the item has shipped with estimated delivery times.

Returns

If you receive an artwork that is damaged in shipping or you don’t receive your artwork, please contact us with full details.

If you want to return your artwork for any reason, you can do so by getting in touch within 14 days of receiving the artwork. Providing the item is received in same condition it was sent to you, we will refund your purchase price. You will need to pay for the cost of shipping the artwork back to us.
