Framed in a modern a stylish 1970s/80s frame. The frame is in very good condition with only a couple of light marks.
William T Rawlinson (1912 – 1993) travelled widely across Britain, capturing pastoral scenes. This one is decidedly more domestic. Before cats sat on keyboards during meetings, they had been, for generations, sitting on the bit of newspaper you were just about to read.
Rufus has a light conservation clean and is in excellent condition. He is mounted on conservation standard board.
