c.1925, Monica Rawlins
Edition Number: Unknown
Signed, titled and dated in pencil by the artist.
Supplied mounted on conservation quality mount-board and framed.
A fabulous design from artist and designer Monica Rawlins (1903 – 1990). This wood engraving isn’t dated but was exhibited in 1930. It’s like to have been created early on as a student at the London Central School of Arts and Crafts.
The print is in excellent condition and the vintage black-painted frame has a little wear, but is in good condition and ready to hang. It also has good vintage ‘bobbly’ glass.
