Daniel Erban (1951 – 2017) was a self-taught artist and maths teacher (presumably not self-taught) in Montreal. It’s hard to add anything to this image – It shouts for itself. Erban’s larger scale paintings are listed in the £1000’s, so this is a good chance to pick up one his manic pictures, for a more reasonable price. The frame is modern reconditioned gold with mottle effect. It is in good condition, but shows some light wear.
