Beautiful sketch watercolour in blue. Inscribed Callain – VAR with measurements 6 11/4 x 8 ¾ to the bottom right of image (framed out by window mount) and signed by the artist in pencil. There are drawing pin holes in the corners.

Framing: Supplied mounted in conservation standard mount-board. Framed in a refurbished modern frame, which shows light wear, but is in good condition.
