Agnes Miller Parker (1895–1980) was a Scottish engraver, illustrator and painter in oil and tempera. She is particularly well-known for her wood engravings and a number are held by National Galleries Scotland.

Miller Parker is especially known as a wood-engraver thanks to her many illustrations of tales, fables and historical narratives. She worked with H. E. Bates, which resulted in two outstanding wood engraved books: Through the Woods (1936) and Down the River (1937), published by Victor Gollancz.

The detail within this wood engraving from 1937, beautifully captures the spirit of the gulls and the design of the image is pure 1930s.
