Print on a shiny paper – light fold creases to the edges of the paper, but these are mostly mounted out and don’t detract from this brilliant print.
Supplied mounted on conservation standard mount board and framed. The brown frame is reconditioned and shows some wear, but in good condition and ready to hang.
This print is inspired by Kobayashi Issa (1763 – 1828), a Japanese poet and lay Buddhist priest of the Jōdo Shinshū sect, known for his haiku poems and journals. He is better known as simply Issa.
