A stunning statement piece for your favourite room, but check the size as this is a large piece. It is currently hanging in our Portland H.Q. and I can confirm it looks fabulous. This etching, Mona Lisa, dite La Joconda by Czech graphic artist and poet Naděžda Plíšková, is framed in a beautiful Edwardian mahogany-veneered frame, making a bold but elegant artwork, ready to hang. Plíšková produced a series of large-scale etchings in the 1960s that deconstructed and questioned values of famous works of art, of which this Mona Lisa is one. You can read more about Plíšková on her biography page

Artwork Condition: In excellent condition.
Framing: Mounted using conservation standard mount-board. The Edwardian veneered frame is in very good condition, with some light wear. Nice slightly wobbly vintage glass too.
