Anthony Currell (1942 - )
Studied at Bideford School of Art 1957-60, Central St. Martin's, London 1960-3 and Atelier 17, Paris 1963-4. Taught at Preston School of Art, Plymouth College of Art and Chesterfield College of Art. Elected a Full Member of the Printmakers Council of Great Britain in 1976.
Most well known for his ‘Miner’ images, the V&A hold a drypoint ‘Memories of the Levant, No.1’ in their collection.
